Meet Your Doctors
Three doctors, one family. Infinite Chiropractic is owned by husband-and-wife team Dr. Nico and Dr. Alyssa, practicing alongside Dr. Alex, Dr. Alyssa’s sister. When we say family practice, we mean it literally.
Dr. Nico Caponi · Owner
Dr. Nico found chiropractic the hard way, through injuries earned over four years of Division I football. While studying Exercise Science with a focus on strength and conditioning at the University of Akron, he experienced firsthand what care could do for a beat-up body, and it changed the course of his life. He graduated from Life University in Marietta, Georgia in 2018.
Dr. Nico is one of roughly 500 doctors in the world certified with Advanced Proficiency in Torque Release Technique (TRT), the gentle, specific technique at the heart of our office. His passion is caring for athletes and families alike.
Away from the office, you’ll find him outdoors with his five kiddos, on land or water, soaking up the Lowcountry. And if you can’t find him at all? He’s out fishin’.
Dr. Alyssa Caponi · Owner
Dr. Alyssa graduated from Life University in 2019, the place where she and Dr. Nico met. Before that, she earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!). She and Dr. Nico welcomed their first baby in the midst of chiropractic school, and that experience ignited her passion for perinatal and pediatric care.
A proud member of the ICPA with advanced certification in Webster Technique, Dr. Alyssa is deeply knowledgeable about all things baby, mama, and holistic living. With five little ones of her own, she knows the ins and outs of motherhood, and of adjusting littles, better than any textbook could teach.
In her free time, Dr. Alyssa loves reading, exploring nature with her family, and beaching it with her little crew.
Dr. Alex Boggs
Dr. Alexandra Boggs is Dr. Alyssa’s sister. She graduated from Life University in 2014, after earning her Mass Communications degree at Miami University. She fell in love with chiropractic while shadowing family members who were chiropractors, watching success story after success story unfold.
After nine years in practice in Columbus, Ohio, Dr. Alex and her family made the move to South Carolina to practice at Infinite Chiropractic, with family and alongside family. She handles much of the day-to-day adjusting in our office, is a member of the ICPA, is passionate about helping families, and excels in instrumentation adjusting.
Dr. Alex has a husband and three small children, and in her free time she loves hiking, the ocean, and weekends with her crew.

Samantha
Office Manager
Samantha is originally from Hunterdon County, New Jersey, but escaped the cold to attend the College of Charleston and never left. Before college she was a dancer, studying ballet at The Rock School in Philadelphia, and that love of movement stuck with her. She has taught and practiced Pure Barre and is always up to something active.
She found her passion for chiropractic through its holistic approach to health, and loves that the whole focus is on helping people heal and feel their best.
Outside the office you’ll find her working out, shopping, hunting down Charleston’s best coffee shops, or out on the water with her fiancé, who is a boat captain, and their golden retriever Tula, better known as Chomp.
Maddy
Chiropractic Assistant
Maddy is originally from Shelby, North Carolina, and graduated from Gardner-Webb University with a degree in Exercise Science. She was a college cheerleader there, which is how she first found chiropractic care and discovered what it could do for her.
She met her husband in college, and he is stationed here in Charleston with the Air Force.
Maddy’s favorite part of the job is holding all the sweet babies while their mamas get adjusted, which is about to become very good practice: she and her husband are expecting a baby girl of their own this March. When she’s not here you’ll find her at the beach, shopping, or with her husband and their two pups, Maverick and Scout.
Lily
Chiropractic Assistant
Lily is originally from Marietta, Georgia, and chiropractic has always been part of her life. With two uncles who are chiropractors, she grew up around care and loved it early. She brings a lot of fun and energy to the office and genuinely enjoys getting to know every patient who walks in.
She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Marketing and an emphasis in Sales, where she was also a member of Alpha Delta Pi, Epsilon Pi Chapter.
When she’s not at the office, Lily is making sourdough, trying new restaurants, enjoying a good crawfish boil, or spending time with her corgi, Dolly. She’s always up for good food, good company, and a little adventure.
