The doctors at Infinite Chiropractic specialize in pregnancy care. Dr. Alyssa is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and also practices Webster Technique. Our primary goal is to make pregnancy as comfortable and enjoyable for mom ensuring both her and baby are as healthy as can be. We want Mom to experience the best energy, sleep, activities, and productivity possible while avoiding any of the common side effects such as low back and hip pains, fatigue and others commonly associated with pregnancy. Studies have shown that neurologically based chiropractic can actually reduce not only pain but labor time as well! Our goal will always be to empower the strong mothers of Mt. Pleasant and Charleston through care, and to be a resource for all natural birthing and family health needs.

We believe healthy moms deliver health babies, and healthy babies become healthy adults. In order to have a great delivery, mothers need to be feeling and functioning at their best. This is why it is crucial for pregnant moms to have a clear nervous system.
Potential benefits of chiroparcic acre during pregnancy include:
- Maintaining a healthier pregnancy
- Controlling symptoms of nausea
- Reducing the time of labor and delivery
- Relieving back, neck or joint pain
- Preventing a potential cesarean delivery
Larry Webster, D.C. developed a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment which enables chiropractors to establish balance in the pregnant woman’s pelvis, and reduce undue stress to her uterus and supporting ligaments. The Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics reported an 82% success rate of babies turning vertex (proper birthing position) when doctors of chiropractic used the Webster Technique. Dr. Alyssa focuses on only the most natural and safe methods for caring for mom throughout pregnancy. She is a mother of two so she has experienced the joys and benefits of chiropractic care throughout pregnancy first hand, both during her pregnancy and during the birthing process. She believes in empowering women to have and experience a natural birth in only the most comforting and healthy ways possible. She will always take the time to sit down, and answer any questions and concerns you may have regarding your pregnancy, birthing process, or postpartum concerns.
